What You’ll Do

Our caregivers provide non-medical support that helps clients stay independent and comfortable at home—personal care, safe mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation (when assigned), and accurate visit notes. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Provide safe mobility and transfers; fall-prevention practices

  • Plan, prepare, and serve meals; encourage hydration and nutrition

  • Offer medication reminders (no medication administration)

  • Light housekeeping (laundry, linens, dishes, general tidying)

  • Companionship & engagement (conversation, activities, memory support)

  • Transportation & errands when assigned

  • Document visits accurately and promptly report changes in condition

Minimum Requirements

  • 18+ years old with legal right to work in the U.S.

  • Valid CA driver’s license & insured vehicle (for driving assignments)

  • Current TB test/clearance (within 12 months)

  • CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain promptly)

  • Experience: 6+ months family or professional caregiving preferred; CNA/HHA a plus

California HCA Registration

In California, caregiver/home care aides must be registered on the state’s HCA registry. If you’re not yet registered, we’ll guide you through the process when hired.
